At last count, ETE has 181 jobs posted. WMB has 18. Not sure what ETE is planning for layoffs, but its obvious that more are coming to WMB/WPZ. How long until its business as usual in Tulsa? I was somewhat (pleasantly) amazed that there were no OE or E&C jobs posted. Just wondering how long until those tails start wagging the dog again.

ETE has a number of lines of business. I'm too lazy to go check if those are jobs in accounting, finance, HR. I'd guess they were in field positions or engineering and construction. Kelcy never said anything about mass layoffs in Houston, Pittsburgh or Salt Lake. Only OKC and Tulsa since all the duplicated functions were there. Another round of layoffs is coming. Office closures too. About time.
Exactly, the buisness is strong, Williams hired way too many people, and the merger with access created extras as well. That is one of the reasons I believe board tried to fire Alan. Unfortunately Alan fired his employees instead. As they that's life. On top of that, no extra servance pay.
