Yes there will be Rifs in September and more closings announced. September is basically the biggest new start of the year and it sets the tone for the next year. Typically population numbers drop between January and September because of graduations and smaller starts. If your student population is low and you're not going to meet your next start budget you will either see more RIFS and the possibility of a teach out.
