That's my prediction, I am not basing this on anything scientific, I just think that things need to cool down a bit before we can start growing big time again. That's my two cents on Cali job cuts for 2016, but we'll see what 2017 brings as our elections may mess up things (and there is one guy who wants to rock the system)
