FMC values these groups:
HR to continue with RIFS
Accounting to tally up the cost savings
Legal to keep lawsuits at bay
IT to fight cybercrime and make sure nobody is stealing any company secrets
If you aren't part of these groups, then BYF
WAY too many salary positions out there. HR one of them, and all as they seem to do these days is lay people off. Does the company really need all of these people? Not that anyone wants to see any jobs go, but it's getting ridiculous.
Lots of talent getting walked out the door today in Stephenville.
Still have whole departments that waste money and produce nothing. (OE)
Still have several "managers" scurrying around trying to justify their jobs.
It is so frustrating to see HR embarrass employees that have given their lives to the company while useless "managers" from GE keep their extremely high paying jobs.
