I'm working in CISCO and i see that there is red badge employee layoffs happening. They are trying to finish the process for the red badge employees before this quarter end.
Heard it will start with massive red badge cut....then massive full time cuts. Compared to any earlier cuts, this seems real big. Next 2-4 weeks many changes.
Red Badges are always the first to go. It's a bad sign. I left Cisco in 2014 and cannot answer your Q
