Just making suggestions that will improve the bottom line. Hiring someone who knows what they are doing is usually better than hiring someone that fakes what they know. Even if they are younger and run Marathons and laugh at the appropriate moment.

She is clearly out of her depth in that job. She always makes it seem like she is cool as a cucumber, it is so transparaht she doesn't have any business managing her team.

The Benefits Manager, can't recall her name, is a complete moron and has no business being a Benefits Manager. I know for a fact she is not respected among her peers. She probably screwed something up to cause the lawsuit.
Google it and read the articles on the lawsuit. An employee is stuck with a $42,000 bill. Both Marathon and UHC are covering up - very fishy.

Is there really a MRO-UHC lawsuit? Would love to hear more about this as we've had nothing but trouble with UHC and they continue to tell us it is the way MRO has their program set up.
