Only you give them the right to squeeze every ounce out of your until the last hour of employment, take some ownership and start looking for other jobs. You dictate your future and your attitude not who you work for at any given time.

Layoffs imminent? Stock Price is down? European sales is hurting? Mismanagement?

How many people came from JC Penny since the new CIO joined? Where are these visionary thought leaders we keep on hearing?

Let's layoff more people to lower expense and offshore?

Got a secret? Du?mbasses

That's what happens when you outsource your soul. I for one have heard that nothing is going to happen soon, but if things don't shape up come 2017, then it's time to abandon ship.

Simply pay attention folks... And know you're worth more than working at a greedy licensed fashion watch company! It's all public knowledge and it's not getting better -- especially since a great majority of sales are international-- don't think Brexit won't affect Fossil!

Year on year Fossil's revenues fell 8.00 % from $3.51bn to $3.23bn. This along with an increase in the cost of goods sold expense has contributed to a reduction in net income from $376.71mto $220.64m, a 41.43 % decrease! There is a severe down trending 1-year forecast for FSL.

Macquarie downgraded shares of Fossil Group from a “neutral” rating to an “underperform” rating and cut their target price for the company.

Piper Jaffray Cos. reaffirmed an “underweight” rating and issued a $25.00 price objective on shares of Fossil Group in a research report on Wednesday, June 22nd. Jefferies Group reaffirmed a “hold” rating and issued a $32.00 price objective (down previously from $40.00) on shares of Fossil Group.

The company’s 50-day moving average is $28.60 and its 200 day moving average is $36.14. The firm has a market cap of $1.48 billion and a price-to-earnings ratio of 7.91. Fossil Group Inc. has a 52-week low of $26.03 and a 52-week high.

Richardson-based Fossil Group is watching developments closely because the European region represents just over 30 percent of the company's business, said Eric Cerny, Fossil's investor relations spokesman. "It's way too early to know for sure how it will impact us in the long-term," Cerny said, but Fossil expects to continue to feel the impact of weakening currencies, not just the British pound, as a result of the UK's vote. The Euro has also weakened further, he said.

Yes, UK downtrend WILL hurt the licensed watch brands income!

And ask yourself...WHO is wearing WHAT on their wrists today? Tomorrow?

The business is for sure downsizing, for the reasons that people who left are without replacement, the people who are still staying now would eventually go due to work overload and lack of hope and motivation. This business has been oversized by its human resources in the past, creating a monster structure of varies commercial heads who are overlapping each other. In the end people who actually does the job at ground level who is at a much lower level pay scale is let go, instead of those big ticket items lik directors, VPs, SVPs who are purely doing the talking and pocketing the money every month. Truely mismanaged

These are lies, no need to worry people. I was actually in a meeting and it's not until after next year that anything drastic will happen. Depending on performance after holidays, then worry. These other guys are just getting people riled up talking nonsense.

So you're confirming layoffs are happening then. But like you said, dont panic and don't share your panic. It's better for the business to squeeze every ounce out of you up until the last hour of employment!

Never a good sign when you see your manager printing resumes!

That is not the case, no need to spread false rumors. While there may be some minor layoffs, it is only a handful and those who should already know it was coming.
