I agree! It is called LEADERSHIP. We have no leadership. No one can make a decision, because they know Nothng. When they do make a decision to lay people off, they lay off the wrong people. We are being set up to fail!

Jonathan Landis is a idiot. He is one of those GE rejects that doesn't know anything about manufacturing and financial statements. He needs to be shown the door. The problem is that no one here at FMC knows anything about world-class manufacturing. This is why we are failing. We can't ship anything on time and when we do ship it is filled with defects.
