Noticed a few fired employees have all ready landed high level jobs at various midstream companies expect much more of this, costly for wiiiams.

Great to hear it, ttank you it is appreciated. There are going to be obstacles, jumping into your new position and embracing the change will make you successful.
I was laid off and landed a better job with a loosely related company. The combination of the severance check and a higher salary with my new position was ideal for me. However, I'm completely sympathetic to the others that didn't land so gracefully.
