CSC recruiting laterals if they are not mapped in to the project they are asking him to relocate otherwise they are giving termination .

Source? Take it from someone who still works there for now... it is no big secret that company is shifting to offshore work. There should be hysteria among the employees. Holy sh-- we are all losing our jobs. It is not "if", it is "when".
And the sad fact of the matter is - they work off-shore to death! What company-soul s---er Lawrie doesn't understand (because he is not in the trenches with the rest of us) is that clients (the ones doing the actual work) don't like working with off-shore. Their bosses see it as a cost savings. The reality is - work off-shore presents language barriers, in a lot of cases - lower quality of work, and tons of re-work to be done costing the client more in the long run. CSC needs a management team that knows how to run a consulting company not carve it up. Watch how Laweir and the Bowery boys sell their stock - it will give you a clear indication as to which way the company is going - DOWN
CSC will lay off 2/3 of it's workforce to prepare for the merger with HPES. Then once the companies merge there will be more layoffs. By the time it is finished there will be few if any jobs left in the US.

its real - especially with IBM taking over data centers
