Mid to late 2018. It's just my opinion, but it looks like they may be trying to break it or sublet the building. Over the last few months, numerous showings/tours of the facility have been conducted.

Leases can be negotiated out of at far less than it costs to meet payroll. An employee's true cost to a company is almost twice their salary.

That is a really good question...one that I have been curious about since the Brandon/Lakeland announcement and is a great indicator. Here is one thing learned from the infamous Fantazia, reps pay for themselves (that is why they had so flipping many of them) so as long as you trickle a handful of students in every start they really aren't loosing any more money than if they stopped enrolling. The rent has to be paid whether you are enrolling new students or not along with any outstanding contracts (purchase agreements, leased equipment, ect). So what overhead to they have? Utilities and payroll! Thus why those around have held on as long as they did. There was a lot of expansion in CCi 7-10 years ago and many campuses were relocated or renovated and leases were renewed (only speaking of the former Everest Florida Division of CCi)
