There was a high level of branch management turn over from 2011 until February 2016 when I left and it continues today. Not to mention the overall employee turn over. Good people lost due to poor management skills and practises. Sinking ship. Great product, great customers. It's sad really. The CEO should look at the VP as the problem not who he hires. My 2 cents.
