Quality management will let go of anyone doing their job correctly.

@IhER9nQ-1yqm agreed. They may not owe the employees anything but these execs only know to react to wall street. They don't really seem to care about the company direction in the long run as long as they can pad their own resumes with $$ numbers touting their achievements. How myopic if them... Get a good year and climb on further up to the next post closer to c-suite. Like Glickman... Next up is his buddy Landes.
There is supposed to be a rework cell left for 2017 at Gears to finish some loose ends. There is already welding and machining at Gen Park but only for SDS and I believe it's only some piping but soon it will see the same fate as WCS.
is it closing completely or moving to gen park?
They'be gone insane.. I don't know who they will expect to save them when things get busier again... Just because outside suppliers will take next to nothing since they are starving work.. I fear FMC has become like GE. Exploiting their suppliers and treating their employees like trash... I do find it amusing how many ex GE employees they have taken on and allowed to run wild.
Yes but what a mistake this will be... No other region can move product like Houston, and it's a shame that all the so called " center of excellence" regions have to get ALL their information from Houston on how to weld/machine core products. But you can't tell any of the highly educated decision makers what a mistake it will be, but that's ok they will see in time. Then they can lock the gate one last time.
