The Williams corporate miscreants that are directly responsible for the numerous idiotic landscapes that now define Williams and are an textbook example consisting of making the industries absolute poor, scapegoating and childlike managerial errors (which will likely take years to recover from) are still " leading " the company which was MADE by the multitude of former "common" Williams elder mentors, whom took pride In passing on thier years of acquired key knowledge to a base of virtual newcomers. To the Williams corporate miscreants - most all of you are 50+ and over. God help you idots when you are in the layoff line. To the former 50+ ( formerly loyal Williams assest's, who worked hard and took pride in sharing their knowledge base to the next generations of Williams newly hired "lower paid" and still in the "learning mode" survivor's, you are STILL a valuable industry commodity. There are MANY companies looking for you and your extensive skills in the oil and gas industry. Don't give up. I salute you.
