Well here we are at the mid point of 2016. We have all just completed our mid year reviews. Jay should get a mid-year review also. State Street's stock price is down 18.9% year to date. So it seems the market place is giving him a "1" rating. What rating would you give him?

1 rating for job creation? I thought Hooley's job creation in India, Poland and the Phillipines has been quite strong?
