Sears Auto Centers has announced to its employees the intent to launch a pirated, proprietary marketing plan that was created by a small New England firm, The program was actually tested, at no cost to Sears, starting in February. Management actually used the program as a means to wrongfully accuse employees of "Personal Gain" and "Conflict of Interest", while the program delivered significant return while being tested.
Management was sent information detailing cost of use, per month, during the complimentary trial period.
