And do not forget about the imperatives. Consultants cuz those guys are just so so smart. Add in an entire new set of buzz words along with a complete disregard for experience. Bring in low cost overseas labor and forget all the tough lessons over the years. All this and more in Energy and Chemicals. Cost over runs are just starting to hit home. Execution is total crap. How any fatalities in last year. Bonuses still getting paid. Excellence in execution in action.
