Why, and why not the other two that are at the top of the board?

look for 2,000 layoffs soon.
Vinnie gotta eat.
Respect who are kidding, it's all about money and unethical behavior. If you are looking for respect you are working for the, wrong company. Did I really have to tell you that. Do your job pick up your check. They don't give a rats a $$. So neither should you. Loyalty and respect is not part of this company's values.
What I am saying is Factual. VS started with Staples back in 87 as a store manager in Westchester NY. Vinnie always thought he was God to retail management. His wife worked for Staples and I from what I heard and seen she had a mouth of a truck driver. But, that was acceptable . VS has spent too much time at Staples and if was with any other retailer these days, he would have been gone!!
While much of what is said may or may not be true (I've never worked with VS so I don't know) don't start talking about "freedom of speech" here. This has nothing to do with your 1st Amendment rights. None of us have any protections against a private party.
Hang on untill they let you go, then get another job, file for unemployment for the difference, the unmployment office is aware of staples sleezy tactics. You will win. Keep records write everything down in a journal with dates and all the unrealistic tasks and unattainable goals and unethical behavior by you know who. File for "differential". This company will soon be a thing of the past.
Has anyone tried reading this: https://www.thelayoff.com/rules.php ?
DONOT DELETE THIS ITS CALLED FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND TRUTHFUL. TOO BAD GET OVER IT
This doesnot surprise me about Vinnie . I worked for him years ago and he was a jack a-- back then . He was always a brown noser with upper management. You have to remember his wife Susan has the ring thru his nose. He has forgotten what Staples culture is really about. He has forgotten about the glory days of this company. He does not care he is worth money based on his salary and all of the old stock options he received. I am sure they helped him sell his house in Westchester county NY and move to Mass. Come on Servello if you had a manager that managed this way you would be pissed!! If my memory serves me right you thought you were GOD when you were the HR manager. Stop the crap and respect those that work for you and make you look good.
