just reviewed the new 2016-17 performance plan and did the math; looks like the company is trying to eliminate all Master rep levels. With the latest news that the company is expecting a 45% to 60% decline in enrollments, the reps will be expected to have a percentage increase in production as follows: Representative level of 14% Senior 1 14%, Senior II 22%, Master I 27%, Master II 27%, Master III 28% and Master IV 35%. These % increases are compared to the 2015-16 performance plan and using the Average or Met Exceptions #3 performance rating. Not sure how they expect an increase in production, with a decrease in marketing. So reps better hope that the quality call center appoints that are not showing up will keep their head above water. Good luck with that.

"The delusional campus president tried to take her salary down farther than her starting salary 3 years prior"
---what was the rationale, how was it explained to the rep?
@IVtMzQS-ydq - You are 100% correct...I was a DOR with ITT and within the first review period I was there a rep earned the promotion to Senior and then the next go round missed it and they demoted her. The delusional campus president tried to take her salary down farther than her starting salary 3 years prior and I refused to deliver it without confirmation from HR that is what the intentions of this plan were and told her she would have to do it. Needless to say since I didn't drink the ESi koolaid I was not there much past this...but glad my time served was as limited as it was!
In regards to the Voluntary Career Ladder Election, how can anyone take a promotion when they will not tell you where you stand on the pay grade scale or how much of a pay increase you would receive. Anyone who is a master rep is screwed because they changed your pay grade a few years back so you are past mid point on the pay grade scale. Do not take to the jump to the next level... you will make just as much in Cost of Living. I swear Modany must wake up each morning and say "let's try this today, maybe it will work". The ultimate plan is to have reps take the promotion and fail so they can cut more salary.
The call center is in Carmel Indiana, a suburb north of Indianapolis.
Call center is in Indy. Across the street from HQ.
All numerical targets are possible in the delusion-induced world that is HQ in Carmel. They have judged academic staff for years on pass rates that they created without regard to the quality of recruits. Only a management that cared little for academic standards would have come up with such a smokescreen.
"just reviewed the new 2016-17 performance plan"
Have you read anything regarding the Career Services Department and its staff? I know for a fact my position is disposable!
