It does not say anything anywhere in the article about Intel delaying 7 nm, just says that they will use ASML older tools in the 7nm process initially. Is your problem that of reading comprehension or are you just trying to spread some FUD to bring excitement to the board?
There is a reason they can't isn't it obvious to everyone. TSMC and Samsung will both beat them and get the early learning and the best support from the manufacture. Gone are the days Intel was the most important vendor for tools, LOL
