How true is this?

Here's some fresh inside news about ITT as of today (July 5th 2016).

In response to the pending loss of accreditation with the ACICS...ITT Tech will rebrand 32 existing campuses as Daniel Webster Colleges (and piggyback on that school's regional accreditation). The remaining 100 or so campuses are either teaching out their students or closing outright.

This process began with the layoffs of all recruiting staff at those 100 campuses closing.

Worst company ever. I lost 20 years of my life working for this toxic company. Years I'll never reclaim and the effects of stress, so high, that I cannot even begin to explain how they effected me physically and emotionally. Many of us tried to insulate the students and co-workers from the grim truth of this company. We did our thankless best to provide the absolute best education for our students. But the obstacles were insurmountable!

from Glassdoor posts

At headquarters all is ruled by the CEO. He has to provide approval for everything, including salary offers for every position, even temporary employees or if an employee wants to switch desks within a department. Really? As a result it takes forever to get anything approved. The environment is toxic and there is high turnover. Due to the Dept. of Education mandating that employees who bring in new students cannot receive incentives, and the wording of the regulation stating something about employees directly or indirectly related to bringing in new students, management decided that ALL employees in some way indirectly influence students. As a result, no employees, from executives all the way down to mail room clerks receive any annual increases or bonuses except for an annual cost of living. Even promotions are limited to once a year and provided in conjunction with the annual cost of living increase. There is no real incentive to do a good job and perform above average as it has no bearing at all on annual increases.

Directors at a campus level seem to be brainwashed, overpaid puppets that do not consider the value of their employees or business decisions. During the course of my 3 years with ITT Tech, I saw 42 recruiters come and go, and many full-time teaching staff. In fact, "budget cuts" came and we let go 5 of the most tenured, loved educators at the campus, to hire on under-educated, low-qualified filler substitutes. Near the end, the environment seemed to get worse and worse, more and more depressing each day.

Very low respect for the education of students. It was never about enrolling students who could afford to pay an overpriced tuition bill or were in school for the right reasons, it was always about enrolling at all costs and being okay with handicapping people with crippling debt for their lifetime.

That is almost 2 months old, and I read that even the Daniel Webster college is in danger of losing accreditation for the same reasons as ITT.
