facts...
1) non of the PDTs are in Hou for manufacturing
2)Other regions have completely swindled your senior management, they could tell sell them sh-- as a steak dinner, means you are screwed all the shop manufacturing moved to Brazil/Singapore/dunfermline
3)Not that anyone in houston help it, years of sh--ty performance in houston without management who can sell that failure compared to other regions who have at least done that . Tubing hangers Singapore, and EHXT dunfermline, and EVDT in Brazil, what work is left for your at gears???
there is hope some machining will likely still have to exist since the customers are actually in GOM so you can repair the sh-- we will be building everywhere else in the world.
They're actively moving machinery and tooling from Gears to Brazil, Malaysia, Scotland. One of the consultants objectives which you can find online is to move work to cheaper locations.

If you currently work at Gears and don't know this already then you just don't want to know it. The writing has been on the wall almost 2 years. If your in the weld/machine shop you best be looking,its coming.
