Cisco typically files WARN 1-3 days preceding the effective date.
ex: filed: 07/21/2015 effective: 07/22/2015 192 Employees in San Jose Status: Layoff Permanent

Looks like the California Warn notice would apply to Ciscos' layoffs See URL below:

WARN is required in CA if a company employs over a certain number of employees. Numbers aren't published on their site until layoff has been announced. Numbers published would reflect only those laid off in CA.
Don't need WARN if they pay 60 days severance.
