Bitter former Chesapeake employees that are more than likely now former AEP employees. I know it must hurt that the company doesn't miss you and doesn't look like it will fail any time soon. You have been talking the same boring talk for literally years now; "We are being sold, Doug is only here for a paycheck, The company is going bankrupt, we got rid of all the talent, more layoffs are coming, etc, etc. you were wrong and I understand that may sting a little. No, a lot.
We aren't going anywhere and getting stronger by the day, again I know that stings.
The stock price s---s, morale s---s, the fun times are gone for now and now this is a corporation not a playground for entitled "yes men." But that can be said about any oil and gas company in the US right now. Go ahead and read the other walls and you may educate yourselves.
I lived through both regimes and I can honestly say I enjoy working for my paycheck now. Yes cocktails by the fountain are gone, no more obnoxious champagne party's and now unfortunately the CEO won't let us shower him with carols on his lawn at Christmas while he pours a $1000 bottle of wine that the shareholders paid for. But again, I don't feel as dirty.
Now it's time to get on with your miserable lives. For the few great employees we lost we truly miss you and wish you the best. For the bitter ones focus on doing something with your lives. It's not healthy spending every morning and evening on this wall wishing your failures on someone else.
