If any of us had the answers we wouldn't be watching this business crash and burn before ECMC took on the bullshit we were propagating. Josh has tried and continues to question and try more. When he gets it wrong he says I made a mistake and moves on. When others make a mistake he says the same about them. There is no ego there and I believe he genuinely cares about the people he works with. Its a shame that all this board has to offer are attacks. He won't read this or give a sh--, but I appreciate him for who he is and am glad to have had the opportunity to work by his side.
I'm tired of the attacks on all. You have no idea more than anyone else how to fix this. If you did, it would already be in practice because every idea has been up for consideration and welcome on the table.
