The MIP will be the downfall of McKesson. Too many managers collecting too many bonuses. Greed and selfishness. Lack of US based support, IT, etc. HR is non existent.
Sorry to say, I give McK 18 months.
I do not believe McK offered you a position in Texas. Unless you are a top exec, in which case you would never post on a website such as this.....hmmm
There is no way McK could pay your CA salary for a TX level job, not gonna happen.
Yes, and then you have to live in Dallas. Who the hell wants to live in Dallas? No thank you. Sounds like an HR post to me. Nice try. Still plenty of opportunities in the Bay Area for better companies who pay more AND with better corporate culture and nicer people.
I have been offered a position in Texas and will retain my current salary with MIP. The Generous relocation offer has me moving to Texas.
If you're offered a position in Texas, by all means jump on it. The Bay Area is over crowded and Texas has way more to offer.
