chapter 9. How to have a record company profit year and not give any employees a deserved cost of living pay raise for the time represented by the 6 month time delayed employee fake appraisal
chapter 10. How to screw employees out of their safety bonus by laying them off in Dec. right before xmas holiday and prohibit their share of the bonus because they were not employed to year end (2 weeks short of the complete 52 weeks)
I heard that grump and fediher (I refuse to spell their names correctly) are co-authering a book "How to Reck a Company, Destroy Families and Earn Millions". A summary of the chapters are below:
1) Eliminate Market Diversify and Serve Only One Market
2) Pick a Market with a History of Volitile Swings
3) Pick a Market Controlled by Sycotic Arabs.
4) Hire an Executive Staff Lacking Manufacturing Experience and Knowlebge.
5) Make Sure Management Lacks Basic Leadership and People Skills
6) Give Yourself Large Raises and Bonuses While the Company Fails.
7) Watch it Fall Apart and Bail Out.
8) Write a Book and Get Richer.

It is a travisty what this company is doing to employee's families and stock holders. The leadership of this organization has no clue what they are doing with this publicly traided company. This is a merger. Equal number of appointees on the Board. Almost identical market caps. Revenues are similar. FMC's CEO will be the CEO of the new company.
