Most of these are directly attributable to the weekend availability change. Onboarding recruits costs MONEY and CAB is pissing it away while they drive off seasoned employees. Oh well.

I was part of the team that opened the Allen store. The moral was great and everyone really worked hard together it was a great team. Little by little the best people left. It seemed as if there really was no vision for long term. Two years in it was obvious it was not going to last. That had nothing to do with the people, but more the plan (or lack thereof).
I wonder how much money they lose due to turnover. Eventually you run out of applicants because word gets around.
