VSP'd on 6/24, got partial payment in early July (6 weeks to be exact), was told the rest would come in July, and nothing. Called yesterday and today and got some dumb a-- recording about agents being unavailable due to a team meeting, and try again tomorrow. Anyone else in this situation?

No COBRA payment. Listen to this. I signed up for a years coverage and did not want the 6 month's payment. Guess what. They paid me anyway. I have my signed copy requesting a full year and an email confirmation and they still screwed it up
I called today (8/8) for the status on the VSP cobra payout and was told that did not have any information, but not to worry - Intel would pay me. Well that's nice to hear, but what would have been better to hear is an understanding of why this is taking so long. After all, Intel is the one that put the plan in place, execution issues again?
I'm still missing my SPP funds, the 9k COBRA payment, 4-wk sabbatical payout, and my 20-yr service award. It has to be due to disorganization/beaucracy as they should still have plenty of funds...
VSPed as well. Got everything but Cobra 9k on June 24. Only cobra 9k are remaining
I guess I should count myself lucky that I got the ERP payout right on the official end date of June 24. I remember being shocked. I had assumed there'd be glitches and sold enough stock to cover a couple of months of family expenses. I vaguely remember during one of the many messages and presentations and FAQs that they said payout could take as long as 30 days, so I'm lucky I got mine right away. I am sorry OP is among those who is delayed.
This is just unbelievable. AND, more importantly, AGAINST THE LAW. At lest here in Oregon, doubt Calif would be any different since they are more stringent laws there when it comes to employees.
While I realize lawyers don't want to go up against Intel regarding age discrimination.... this is a slam dunk in my mind!

For starters, they didn't have to start processing those checks AFTER the employee termed. They KNEW way in advance who was on "the list". They should have started THEN so they'd be ready in time. I just can't wrap my head around Intel blatantly doing something as huge as this when someone COULD go after them and win! And it's mindboggling that there has been o talk about this! Do you not look into employment laws?!??
Intel will give you everything you were promised. It is unfortunate about the delays (I've experienced some as well) but don't take it out on the line employees in HR. They did not come up with ACT. They are scrambling, with no additional resources, to make it all work out. Yes, I too have run into "there is no one to answer your call right now" messages and have gotten crickets from the transition.support@intel.com mailbox. Not saying you shouldn't keep on top of things and stay in touch with HR, but don't blame the rank and file.
@yfx - Good to hear that you have received the last payment. I was ISPed in April as well and am still waiting for my length-of-service payment.
OP be strategic on when to call those HR folks purposely placed their phone queue between 9am-4pm (PDT) if you call before 9 or after 4 they put those agents on that bs message that they are meetings for breaks when they are getting overwhelmed with calls. Also expect to put your phone on speakerphone for long wait times. Also utilize the transition.support@intel.com email but don't expect an immediate response it took them 3 weeks before answering my questions.
Yes i have heard some erp folks in same situation as yours so its not unique. I don't though know how yhey differntiated between people who got prmpt payment vs this.
No payouts until McAfee gets sold.
Be patient, got ISPed in April. Last payment was made in July 31st.
