In the last two years, I have seen management get worse. They have stressed folks out with heart attacks, and driven folks completely over the edge. Managing with respect for middle management is a joke..They can do what they please without consequences. In fact they get promoted while knowing nothing about the job while hurting people. If you think you are on the layoff list, please go see a lawyer. You may be surprised what you are entitled for a better package. HR is fully aware people know about the September layoff. They will most likely act fast giving you very little time to get your legal team involve. Don't wait until the last minute. I will admit it is very stressful. Please go to your lawyers and get the information you need for you and your family. It breaks my heart to see fellow employees get mistreated and most likely be put on the layoff list for September. However, I am happy to see the young people starting to move on and leave colgate.
It's about to get ugly. ...September here we come. Question is...will they announce it Sept 1st, or the 13th or the 20th. Hell they might start mid August. At the end if the day....God will open a new door for many people with better jobs and environments.
