Was everyone as happy with their crackerjacks and cotton candy as I was?
Such a considerate and heartfelt gift. Those treats were just what I needed, and really got the motor going.

Did they hand out free ice cream during the hot month of July and August ??
Milkshakes and Soda's
They continue to treat the employees like school children because the employees allow themselves to be treated that way. Many will disagree with this comment but the evidence supporting this view is overwhelming. As a simple step--all employees could simply refuse the candy treats when offered. Behave like children and anagement will continue to treat us like children. Try this new approach--what do you have to lose? You are likely on the list to be outsourced anyways.
Really? Crackerjacks and cotton candy are considerate and heartfelt? Maybe if I went to a elementary school fair I would think that, but not for a multi-billion dollar corporation. They are just throwing crumbs at you in an attempt to distract from the fact that they treat their employees like crap. If State Street wants to do something heartfelt for their employees they should actually give raises that can keep up with inflation, bonuses and stop laying people off every month...not buy them candy.
Lol so I guess the average worker gets the table scraps, while the Avp, Evp Svp get the steak and wine.
Remember those treats count as this years' bonus. Be grateful you get treats.
Oh how they love to add insult to injury
I loved the crackerjacks! I knew the company would come around and start rewarding us for our hard word and loyalty.
I have another suggestion--a raffle to join Jay at his golf club for 18 holes of golf and a nice meal?
