It's funny how at Intel managers show their superiority/inferiority complex. White managers hire more white males and few Hispanics or Asians, they are very hesitant to hire Indians. Indian, Asian and Hispanic managers are very hesitant to hire traditional US citizens: whites, hispanics, African-American, and women, they can't manage them as they are more direct and inquisitive.

Intel mgrs are extremely biased. If a white mgr promotes white employees, HR investigates it as a scandal. If any Indian promotes other Indians, HR looks the other way.
My Caucasian manager too only hires h1bs and URMs.
Hilarious! My Indian manager also hires and promotes mostly other Indians. Seems to be a cultural thing.
