More Layoffs at Deluxe Corp. All the people in the cubes next to me gone. HR is still packing up stuff one day later. The next building is about half empty. This is nothing new. This company is always slashing jobs. What makes matters worse is they just fired some people that the hired 2 months ago. Obviously management so clueless when they think they need people and then fire them. No one lasts here long.

Deluxe has been failing steadily for the past ten years. Closing plants and layoffs on a regular basis. Personal checks are dead. Unfortunately the tunnel visioned, corn pone leadership hacks in corporate headquarters ruined every new acquisition and new product launch with their lack of understanding of anything that wasn't related to outdated printing of personal checks . They tried to apply the same dinosaur manufacturing model to everything new and failed every time.
Another big lay off happened on 19th July from Livonia, MI office without any prior warning.
