They just laid-off the SFO office save for a handful of people running a skeleton ship. You're safe if you're in Boston, Europe or Santa Barbara.

I don't think the merge has happened, at least not officially. There is not a blip in the news.

All I hear about is synergies and optimizations in the All Hands.Morale is at an all time low with people quitting left and right. There is no clarity as to what we are going to expect in the coming months.

It will be more locations and spending. There are duplicate locations in some cities where LogMeIn and Citrix GoTo are. Combining those alone will save millions. Then the amount of spend on advertising alone to not compete will save. More the G&A is going to feel the brunt. There will be layoffs but not as bad as everything thinks at first. Citrix GoTo products have been run like complete crap for years and has a lot of morons in the California offices so it will be a great opportunity with LogMeIn for those who know how to work hard and can make it through to the next round.

Let's see, $100M / ~$200K/year/per employee(loaded) = 500 employees to be laid off to save money

Wow, talk about "synergies", "optimizations" and "exciting career growth opportunities"! LMFAO!
