Step 1: SSL4 ISP/VSP -> identify managers' pets as those who stayed by removing the older crowd and those who are not pets. Give a nice package for the good work done by these people.
Step 2: Destroy managers and his/her pets with "reorgs" and more ISPs/VSPs with bad packages (they don't deserve them for kissing too much ass.
Step 3: Bring new, younger people to show this didn't work.

Yeah, I figured Murthy was next up to bat as soon as I heard he was hired back in November. I'm all for it if he can take this company places and increase the stock price. :)
