what respect??? be real.
A few months back they sent email about vacation cap out blah blah, then people that are a few days shy from 10 years being with the company got kicked out before they made their anniversary.
Of course they dont respect anybody..they are in poor financial condition..thats their only concern..after laying off 500 last year plus more they still are a mess..
