BK you shoul have seen how he looked 10 years ago, more Murthy like, LOL.
I was treated with 5' to clear out my cube after 24 years my first level 4.. respect my a$$
Is this a recent picture? He seems he's lost weight. Why could that be?
Unless he turns this wreak around and stock soars to triple digits and splits then I might say I can trust this guy. At this point. I'm not confident he will ever earn my trust back.
Sure, all Intel employees should trust BK.
Same as Intel related to their parting employees with "dignity, respect, and compassion".
I would respond to this CEO = BKexit. I do not think there is any dispute of the meaning of that!
Can we ask Dadi Perlmutter to come back to Intel? What a contrast between a real engineering qualified CEO and a ... BK CEO.
Of course he's not serious about trust...or he wouldn't have burned the trust of Intel employees last year...or this year.
Trust arises from honesty, transparency and accountability. Fairness, goodwill and feeling valued engender trust.
When was that the case with BK or Intel? Been awhile....
That article doesn't really capture the extent of how this topic was addressed. BK didn't start the forum with a message about trust. He didn't proactively come out and try to build bridges with his employees. He addressed it in a half assed manner when the moderator asked the question and he had nothing but lame responses that trust starts today.
The response proved what a goddamned moron he is. He has zero concept about leading. A leader would have started out and told us why we should trust what they are doing and how they are going to EARN our trust. His concept of trust ideas "when company does better you'll trust us".
You gotta be a sociopath to be that out of touch with reality. Worst CEO ever
Gender neutral bathrooms are GPA diversity!
BK BK RAH RAH RAH!
No comment about gender neutral bathrooms are GPA diversity? I'm disappointed
BK needs to step down. Intel is a train wreck under his watch.
Can't believe a single word that comes out of his mouth.
I know there's a quote or two about it being hard to win buck trust after you've lost it... maybe he should engage Bain to put together a "playbook" for him. LOL
depends, are you buying it? then yes.
