Same here. It's getting bad. Every day is lime another kick in the nuts. Nobody in the field cares anymore. Just waiting for after bts when 400 stores will most likely close (not confimed, but speculated )
While I understand why you would be embarrassed to work for a company that is notoriously run so poorly, flip it around and think about the fact that you are trying to get out.
Recruiters / HR / management at other companies know how bad Staples is and the fact that you dealt with such BS can actually be seen as a positive. They know upper management is to blame.
Get the resumes out and move on. Staples is circling the drain, like CC, Radio Shack and Compusa.
