I remember my director used to go over the questions he scored poorly on. We had a conference call and he talked about what he was going to do to make those scores better. Nothing ever changed. I, and most all of my counterparts, never put down what we truly felt for fear of retribution. I honestly don't know if those things were completely anonymous or not but none of us were going to take the chance. Better to just lie and try to hold on to your job a little longer. Don't think your boss isn't sitting there trying to figure out who have them bad ratings. A little thought and they can figure it out.
How many times have they really shared the results or acted on them? Rarely from I remember!

Be careful what you say if you still need your job. Another way of getting rid of people. The surveys are not anonymous. They know, there is a print out emailed of all employees answers. So you can be a disgruntled employee. You can't tell the truth . they might let you go
Those are all rigged, as are the ASATs.
It is just another metric to be used against people when they want to.
