Thread regarding Williams Cos. layoffs

Don't see how Alan and his cronies survive this debacle. Williams leadership needs a shakeup. Recent cuts were just protecting friends and family, so much junk still remains. This company needs new leadership and a full re-org. WMB has lots of good people, who are capable of great things, but has ineffective management and wasteful business requirements and processes. Forget the Williams-Access-Transco integration that never happened and build an organization for purpose. Lean, efficient, safe and profitable. Then watch this company's value skyrocket. The only reason to support the ETE merger is because anything is an improvement over the current dysfunction at Williams. Kelcy Warren is a tool, but repeatedly has kicked Alan's sorry ass
