Maybe if there is an appeal / hearing, Williams can get a judge Woodcock instead of a judge Glasscock...
I believe ETE has the right to walk away from the merger. If Williams still wants to complete the deal, they may renegotiate the terms with ETE.
If it isn't over now (based on Brokenglasscock's ruling today in ETE)'s favor), when is it considered over?
