Thanks for dragging this out and destroying the shareholders, 58 dollars to 20 dollar, great job. The rumor is lawyers will continue to clean up on billable hours, an appeal is pending. The deal should of been killed or agreed to, either way would of have been much better.

I'll bet there was a substantial " parachute payment" that went hand in hand with each and everyone of those resignation's - paid out of Williams money coffers of course. Sweep it under the rug and pass the buck as fast as you can....
The board members did the honorable thing and resigned. It looks the leaders aren't going to resign though, too bad.
Accountability, resignations and / or apologies from top management? If your driving , please stop and give someone your keys. That kind of behavior is only for those with any semblance of morals and remorse -both of which neither Williams or ETE management have any intention of experiencing. Having said that, I completely agree with you.
Agreed, all this fighting between the board members, ETE and Williams and their lawyers has become a major distraction. They should just agree on something and move on. Both companies should recover and do nicely, since they are in great business. It may take a few years. It would be nice to see some resignations from the board/ and top leaders, and accountability at the top for this mess, at the very least apologies, I do not see that happening though, they need to start with a clean slate.
