Yes mostly those hitting low in performance ratings and things like bad feedback. Even many who just got off projects and would be joining bench pool
theres certainly a ton of views
There have been some people affected but it seems like it is more poor performance combined with soft performance.
Deloitte seems to not be hitting plan but is still growing rapidly.
The problem is that they have a bench / staffing pool that was built to handle the growth at plan.
