If we have to diversify and go global, so be it. Just as long as we don't get hammered by conversion rates. We can still focus on the student improvements that we want in the US. If it gives us more capital to do that, count me in!

Within less than 24 hours from the new CEO announcement: (This will save DeVry! great and maybe the anti-money laundering specialist organization can look into DeVry's problems and validate that DeVry is dishonest and money-hungry. I wonder what announcement they will have for us tomorrow, glad I will no longer be employed by these money hippos within a few days!)

Dear Colleagues,

I am pleased to announce that Becker Professional Education has acquired the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS), the leading global organization dedicated to enhancing the knowledge and skills of financial crime detection and prevention professionals.

Based in Miami, and with a worldwide presence, ACAMS is the gold standard for certification in anti-money laundering and financial crime prevention. With financial crimes on the rise, ACAMS plays a critical role in supporting the professional development of its 37,000 members worldwide. ACAMS members are passionate, mission-driven individuals who view their work as supporting greater global security goals.

Congratulations to John Roselli, president of Becker Professional Education, and all of our Becker colleagues. And thanks to Michael Campagna, Rob Sieland and everyone on the due diligence team – their hard work was critical to making this happen.

For additional information, you can view the press release here.

Please join me in welcoming ACAMS to Becker, and to DeVry Group’s family of institutions.

Lisa Wardell, President and CEO

DeVry Education Group

Why just victimize three countries when you can victimize the whole world? It makes me sick every time I see a DeVry ad. They can barely handle the students they have, and they just keep trying to lure more in. It will eventually lead to a national class action suit by students similar to last week's news about the one by investors. "Sorry students, we can't run small classes because it's not cost effective. We're gonna pump millions into marketing instead."
