Has anyone gotten their Separation and Release Agreement (bribe in exchange for a gag order and non-litigation) yet?

I was told by HR that I would get 8 weeks + LOS for 11 years = additional 15 weeks. A total of 8 + 15 = 23 weeks. HR then told me during the ISP interview that I would be paid out for my 4yr sabbatical so I should be getting 23 + 4weeks (sabbatical) = 27 weeks. I haven't received the Separation and Release Agreement to sign yet. Has anyone seen differences in the package if they've received it vs. what was disclosed during the ISP HR meeting?
Damn. Only 8 weeks of pay for ISP? What about a week for every year of service? Didn't realize the package was that bad.
I received my gift from BK and Murthy today, perhaps the two are stealing them out of the mailboxes to save money
Still haven't seen any ISP paperwork in the mail, as of the afternoon of 5/24. I'm in Oregon
The 2 weeks pay is what everyone gets regardless if you sign. If you sign you get an additional 6weeks, total of 8 weeks. Nothing different from what they showed when they met with you.
can I continue to make accurate disparaging remarks, LOL
When I sign I can no longer make any disparaging remarks, dang
If you have not received your package then to email to transition team for a softcopy. Not sure it was on purpose to make the package late. ....
Not yet - 5/24 on the east coast...
Chandler, AZ. Received my SRA package in mail yesterday.
The release form in email different than what you got in snail mail.
Can't you sign the email version?
Or are you talking about ISP here
just sign it you worthless piece of sh--
Don't sign it! Get in on the class action lawsuit!
Got the form but it only says 2 weeks base pay which seems wrong with the original package that mentioned 8 weeks. Has any got it right (ie 8 weeks?)
Legally, per section 10, the "gag" doesn't take hold until May 30th and isn't retroactive so there's 6 days left for anyone to upload and discuss LOL. I guess they forgot to tell the mail department to hold off another week.
What about the time given in the new form to sign the release by? 14 or 21 or 45 days?
What's the main difference? Can anybody expound?
Did you sign anything on your last day?
Yes, the forms are not what were handed out at the time of separation. Read section 8.2 carefully. I just hope they honor their original offer. Once you sign it, that's it, no legal system will hear anything afterwards for any subject matter. They have all the bases covered.
F---ed up the ass
The forms received in the mail are different than what was previously represented.
Arrived today, not the forms at all the HR said I would get, can't wait to call the support tomorrow.
