The fear of the unknown is truly taking a toll on Monsanto employees! People are constantly waiting for the ax to fall. Should I stay or should I go? More cuts around the corner and again soo much knowledge walks out the door!

Look at the people "retiring"/ laid off now - pattern could indicate vulnerable functions. Bayer claims to be dominant in Biologics so could see impacts there if deal goes through

Sales force will be decimated if it goes through. St. Louis research probably be ok. Mid level managers will be gone in all divisions.
