US folks, did anyone receive the ISP agreement package yet

What if you are retirement qualified ?
The agreement is correct. They will pay you 6 weeks pay and 3 months of COBRA whether you sign or not. If you sign, you get an additional 2 weeks pay, the variable pay based on years of service, and the COBRA extension of 3 months and $9K or a full 12 months. You have 45 days to sign and apparently they have until March 17th to pay you.
This agreement being incorrect is very frustrating, this seems like something very basic to get right.
Paperwork arrived
For ERP none of the wording or sevrance pay/cobra coverage matches what was said by HR no mention of retirement
benefits or payout. ...the agreement words are IR job
lousy and deceiving .scared to sign and mail
Received it in the mail today (5/23) but the amounts in the agreement don't match the dollar amounts previously represented.
nothing in Az today (5.23)
Got mine today in OR. Read the contract carefully. They didn't update the separation benefits so it says you only get 2 wks base pay as opposed to 8. Don't sign anything yet. Gonna call and bitch them out tomorrow.
That stack of data cost intel six bucks and change to mail out, another stupid thing among many. Agree that everything that was supposed to be it wasn't. I am retiring but the want me to sign the abbreviated benefits and screw me is my guess. Get to call the very useless help line or email tomorrow. Classical HR FUBAR
Got mine today. An inch thick of worthless data of ages of employees. Nothing in the package the the HR person said would be in there. No numbers I can use whatsoever. Unbelievable that they even sent this crap out. CYA paperwork only.
Got mine in the mail today.
Can the trolls just get off this message board please! To the OP, I got it in the mail today - 5/23/16.
Huh, huh... you said "package"
Yeah, be thankful you had the honor to work with such a great company. ;)
You get one more pay check and then you will get the package
3 weeks after your last day, when is your last day, LOL
It's in the mail. LOL
