Kwp, 6 months ago i made several posts in support of thoughs depressed about being layes off from this greedy company. I never saw such negative statements on this as those posted here since the strike. We all need to remember that yes its a human being at the other side of this and that yes customers read this forum. While on a picket line a customer asked me about the site and said "if i had to work wirh people like that everyday i would be miserable"
