Will I Am has pressed the VSP button trying to escape the sinking ship.

BK's retention bonus conviced him to stay.

It is so great we have managed to keep such an over achiever (and URM) at Intel...

Infiniband (Made succesful by other companies)

UWB/Wireless USB (Killed by internal competition)

Any new CoreM release (Takes months to stabilize)

WiGig (Not available anywhere even if you want it)

Thunderbolt (Accept when supported by Apple)

All Intel Application Processors for cellular (We were always 1 year from leapfrogging ARM based designs)

It's amazing the company has managed to exist for so many years...

SoFIA

Anandtech: So this time next year we will be asking about 14nm SoFIA?

AE: I sure do hope so, otherwise we have a problem. I might not even be here! But our CEO was quite clear that he wants me to ship at least one of the SoFIA line in 14nm in 2016.

"I'm not a Samsung freak, but my Samsung phone works great, my Samsung blue-ray player works great and everything is easy to use. My vote is on Samsung products."

Absolutely totally agree with you.....I too love my Samsung products. From our Samsung TVs, blue-ray players, Note 5, to my kitchen appliances (really love my Samsung refrigerator and oven/stove top). Guess I'm a little different than you though....I definitely am a TOTAL Samsung freak. They have never let me down once.....love all their products!!!
