They needed to outsource all of IT years ago. How many other places take the whining that Monsanto IT does? And who else allows employees to keep their jobs and work remotely because they want to live in a different part of the country? Or lets any employee come back after he decides he's stressed but rather than resign, just drops his badge on his desk and takes a hiatus for a few months only to call and say he's ready to come back. Completely ridiculous demands from a prima donna crowd. Get in the real world. It's because of this type of behavior that IT was outsourced.

Lots of people let go / retired were more experienced/lots of years/older. Sad thing is seeing some of their jobs readvertised.

Pathetic IT transition, truly an embarrassment for Monsanto! Whose gonna to step up and take blame for this? Certainly not those being escorted out the door?!
